Please put on your best formal attire, and join us for our inaugural Haybe's Heart Gala, our major fundraising event for the year! This a formal event where you can enjoy dinner, live entertainment, community impact award presentations, silent auctions, raffles, a low cost cash bar, photo opps, AND then dance the night away with DJ, Reese Jones of Diamond In The Ruff Entertainment, ALL IN THE NAME OF CHARITY!! All of the proceeds from this event go into Haybe's Heart Foundations charitable ventures throughout the year. All HHF donations, and transactions will generate a receipt for your Tax Deductible Contributions since we are a Non-profit charitable organization.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A NON-REFUNDABLE DONATION TO HAYBE'S HEART FOUNDATION
Haybe's Heart Foundation Events
“Party with a Purpose” approach to fundraising, to include:
Haybe’s Heart Gala 5/25/25- Formal fundraising event with dinner, live entertainment, DJ, silent auctions, raffles
Let’s Chill Party- TBD 90’s themed party with music, food, and raffles.
Outreach
Haybe Cares Fair- TBD A resource fair assembling community agencies and resources for mental health services, physical fitness and health screening, holistic and spiritual care, personal care products and services (hair, nails, skincare, massage therapy), Educational/ Vocational resources, resume building/ job readiness, financial literacy, insurance products, food and clothing as well as, other helping community resources.
2. Set up for Success- TBD A community event to distribute school supplies and backpacks to Youngstown area scholars.
3. Warm Hearts & Bodies- TBD An event to distribute cold weather clothing items such as Coats, Hats, Scarves, and gloves.
4. Meal in a Basket- TBD Holiday meal distribution to Youngstown area families for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas holidays.
5. Flyy for the Formal- TBD Soliciting community sponsors and donors to Adopt a Student for Prom/Homecoming and assist parents and/or guardians with preparing for these events.
Partnerships and Collaboration
Haybe's Heart foundation is seeking opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with other community agencies to hold community service events, exchanging volunteer efforts and assistance to improve quality of service to community members.
